BSCC Scheme

We are pleased to inform all eligible students of Indian Institute of Business Management (IIBM), Patna that the Bihar State Credit & Credit Guarantee Corporation (BSCC) under the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, is offering Education Loans to support higher education aspirations under its Student Credit Card Scheme.

About the Scheme:

The BSCC loan scheme provides financial assistance to students pursuing higher education in Bihar, helping them cover tuition fees and related academic expenses.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a resident of Bihar.

  • Age limit: As specified under the BSCC guidelines.

  • Admitted to UGC recognized course (BBA, BCA, MBA, etc.) at IIBM, Patna.

  • Must not have availed a similar education loan from other schemes.

Loan Coverage:

  • Tuition Fees

  • Books and Study Material

  • Hostel/Mess Charges

  • Other educational expenses as approved

Documents Required:

  • Admission Letter from IIBM, Patna

  • Residence Certificate

  • Aadhaar Card

  • PAN Card (if available)

  • Recent Passport-size Photograph

  • 10th/12th/Graduation Marksheet (as applicable)

  • Income Certificate of parents/guardian

  • Bank account details
